The Role

Develop relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Spec Writers, Developers, construction managers, and general contractors to increase preference and demand for companies' products.
Build new business relationship on the market by bringing new leads and establishing new relationships with the construction sector: architectural & interior design Studios, fit out companies and contractors.
Specify the brand to the required standards in the BOQ.
Collaborate with all stakeholders in the project cycle such as developer, operator, interior designer, consultant, and contractor to successfully achieve sales and project positive brand perceptions.
Create specifications according to requirements and budgets within the design stage.

Dubai, UAE About the Client: A well-established company offering a wide range of architectural products including ceramic, porcelain, tiles, and marbles

Qualifications:

Female, 38 years old and below
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Architecture, and Design
At least 2 years' experience in Specification roles with Architects and Consultants within the Construction Management, Fit Out or Building Materials industry
Must have valid UAE driving license
