    JobDescription:
    • Collaboratewith IT team members to assemble and coordinate the procurementdocumentation packages for staff augmentation requests, softwareand hardware acquisitions; including planned upgrades andmaintenance, ensure full funding for associated maintenancelicenses, support application and systems life cycle activities,including through deployment anddecommissioning.
    • Workwith CJIS Finance dept. to coordinate invoices and timelyprocessing throughA/P.
    • Workwith CJIS leadership to identify and define processes and overallflow for procurement paperwork, issues, and opportunities toimprove efficiency andeffectiveness
    • Helpensure timely delivery of technology products (hardware andsoftware) within allocated budget and schedule; coordinate vendorquotes/research on system upgrades for CJIS team members who willdetermine feasibility, cost, time required, and compatibility withcurrentsystems.
    • Coordinatecontract review with appropriate legal functions within Stategovernment
    • Preparecost comparisons of equipment and software considered forpurchasing
    • Assistin technology policy, processes, and procedures for procurementdocumentation within the CJISTeam
    • Stayscurrent on advancements in technology; identifies and assessesopportunities to improve processes for the benefit of internalusers andstakeholders.
    • Otherbusiness operations tasks as assigned by senior staff-must beflexible and receptive to supporting with positiveattitude.
    • Meeton-time and in full all SLAs for assignedresponsibilities
    • Developand maintain trusting stakeholder relationships across CJISOperations, Business and Agencystakeholders
    • RepresentsCJIS with dignity, integrity, and a spirit of cooperation in allrelationships with staff and thepublic.

    MinimumQualifications
    • Bachelors Degree with course work in STEM field, supply chain management,business, criminal justice or a closely related field; AND minimumtwo (2) years of professional-level experience in informationsystems administration or procurement; OR an equivalent combinationof education, training, and experience. Experience in public safetyor public sector is desired. Certifications are desired (SupplyChain Management e.g. APICS, Lean six sigma, PMPetc)
    • Workingknowledge of enterprise software and applications isdesired.
    • Softwareprocurement experiencemandatory
    • Expertto advanced knowledge of excel, Examples include excel formulas andfunctions, conditional formatting of cells, data and charting.Custom charts, titles, visually appealing pie charts ,bar charts,best fit to curve with trendlines, Vlookup, pivot tables,subtotals, keyboard short cuts, simulation models, dashboards andautomated templates. Takes initiative to join user groups and learnto improve skills without being prompted by leadership. Developertab skills not anticipated. Having Linkedin certification in excelis aplus.
    • Experiencewith obtaining quotes followingprocedures
    • Vendorliaison
    • Creationof databases containing contracting and costinginformation
    • Recordkeeping principles andpractices.
