- Proven experience infreight forwarding or logistics, with at least 5-7 years in amanagerial role.
- Strong leadershipand team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivateothers.
- Excellent communication,negotiation, and interpersonalskills.
- Sound knowledge ofinternational trade regulations, customs procedures, andtransportation modes.
- Proficiency inusing freight forwarding software and other relevanttools.
- Analytical mind-set with theability to interpret data and drive continuousimprovement.
- Results-oriented with atrack record of achieving targets and delivering high-qualityservice.
- Flexibility to adapt tochanging business requirements and work underpressure.
- Relevant certifications(e.g., Certified International Freight Forwarder) would be anadvantage.
