Description

Responsibilities:

• Setting up accounts for new users.
• Setting up hardware and installing and configure software and drivers.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

Maintaining and repairing technological equipment (e.g. routers) or peripheral devices.
Installing well-functioning LAN/WAN and other networks and manage components (servers, IPs etc.).

• Execute on service restoration and critical event procedures.
• Investigating and Diagnosing network problems.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science.
• Three years experience in the same field.
• Problemsolving skills.

Salary:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month
