Description

Supervise, manage and control Common Areas and Assets for collective benefit of Owners and positive environmental outcomes

• Maintain building/community and Common Areas in good condition
• Integrate waste management, energy and water efficiency policies into Association's strategy
• Properly repair, maintain, renew and replace Common Areas and Assets
• Enforce Jointly Owned Property Declaration and Community Rules fairly and evenly
• Promote harmony and sense of belonging among Owners and Occupiers of Units
• Obtain and maintain necessary licenses as required by law
• Maintain records and produce required statements and documents
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, bylaws, policies and directions
• Assist OA/Community Manager in arranging Board Meetings and Annual General Assemblies
• Prepare and display general building notices for the community
• Prepare deliverables for community events
• Assist OA/Community Manager in supervising contractors and suppliers
• Identify and communicate defects and warranty claims in relation to Common Areas
• Assist OA/Community Manager in keeping required books and records

Salary:
From AED5,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Owners Association: 3 years (preferred)
Facility Management: 1 year (preferred)
