You as a Product Marketing & Sales Manager will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Dubai, UAE. Securing sustainable transformer Service Profitable Growth. Making sure the APMEA Sales Teams look after the whole sales funnel from the activation of the related quotation and bid and proposal/tendering stage to price setting in full coordination with the WCFE organization with the objective of speeding up the decision-making process and price decisions. This role is also instrumental for multi-TRES unit bids and cross-hub tenders' coordination and responsible for pulling in from the TRES units Application Engineering Teams/Technical knowledge to influence technically specs when there is still no RFQ; Responsible for Service Promotion in APMEA in coordination with the Hub Team and BU.

Your responsibilities

:


  • Strategy: Securing growth on a sustainable basis by means of proper Strategy definition and effective implementation across Europe in cooperation with the GPG. Create Growth plans and ensure implementation in the Countries and Markets of the local gotomarket product marketing strategy including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
  • Targets: Together with the demand side team, accountable for achieving the yearly Hub TRES OR target and establishes product marketing targets and budgets. Ensuring their achievement through regular oversight, and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed.
  • Business Plans: Developing and implementing annual marketing plan in conjunction with Local TRES and Local Demand Side Teams (WCFE). Preparing business plans focused on business development for a defined market.
  • Analysis: Coordinating market analyses with Product Marketing team and Sales team members and defines appropriate forecasts and plans and evaluating and shares customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
  • Sales: Overseeing sales execution for assigned products by coordinating the preparation of relevant materials and guidance to Sales team(s) and ensuring a proactive approach. Responsible for multiTRES unit bid coordination and for pricing/pricing setting empowerment based on WCFE and Sales Team price feedback.
  • Training: Driving sales efficiency by ensuring appropriate product knowledge (technical and sales) for each salesperson. Ensuring knowhow sharing, crosscollaboration and a common way of working.
  • People leadership and development: Ensuring with HR Manager supporting that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Coaching, motivating, and developing direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.

Your background

  • A bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in marketing, sales as B2B in relevant industry or energy sector is preferred.
  • Preferred strong product knowledge and transformer service.
  • Highly proactive, Strong Leadership, outstanding networking skills and superior communication & negotiation skills is required.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
