We are currently looking for a
TEAM LEADER who was experienced in Banking and Financial sector in UAE.

**Mandatory

  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as aTeam leader in Dubai. PLEASE DO NO APPLY IF YOU HAVE ONLY HOME COUNTRY EXPERIENCE.*
  • Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in the given time frame, handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets.
  • Recruiting and hiring 10 team members.
  • Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training, and coaching.
  • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.
  • Support, motivate, evaluate, develop, and coach their Agents to continually meet and exceed their individual/ team objectives.
  • Assist and report to the Manager in Leading, directing and motivating the sales team to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
  • Providing a professional and excellent level of training to team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and banking process.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or related fields preferred.

Job Types:
Full-time, New-Grad, Permanent


Salary:
AED4, AED8,000.00 per month

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
