Description

Suitable candidate will be reporting directlyto the Director of Engineering and should have a minimum of 2-3years' experience in a similar position in luxury resortsor five star hotels, who will have a reputation of being a trustedand a collaborative partner of the business.

He/She must bepresentable, highly dedicated and a great team player with apassion for quality service and must be willing to work flexiblehours.

Should be able to manage maintenance operations of entireResort facility, including guest rooms, building structure, allmechanical, electrical, H.V.A.C. systems, power plant, sewagetreatment plant and energy conservation standards and programs.
Ensure the upkeep of guest and service areas to maintain them inproper working order and appearance. Coordinate all renovation,expansion, and special projects.
