Job Description:


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain cost control procedures and policies to ensure accurate and timely tracking of project costs
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to create accurate project budgets and cost estimates
  • Monitor project expenditures against budget, and identify and report on variances
  • Provide recommendations for costsaving measures and work with stakeholders to implement these measures
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing of clients, and monitor client payments
  • Prepare and present financial reports to management, and provide analysis and recommendations based on these reports
  • Conduct regular audits of project costs and financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in cost control, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Salary:
