You have:

• Higher professional or universitylevel education (HBO/WO) in a relevantstudy;
• Over 3 years experience in internationaland retail payroll operations;
• Organised, stickto agreements within deadlines and according toguidelines;
• Experience with local payroll taxeslegislation (although not all specific knowledge of localregulations is required);
• Strong administrativeskills;
• Strong communication and influencingskills;
• Hands-onapproach;
• Fluent in English both written andverbal, multiple language skills (Dutch, German, French or Spanish)is certainly a plus;
• Knowledge of workday wouldbe nice.
