Location: Aspin Commercial Tower, Dubai, UAE

Company: CALX International Auditing & Tax Agency

Working Model: On-site

Workdays: 5 (Monday to Friday)

Timing: 9 AM to 6 PM (with a one-hour break)

What we look for:

1. A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or any equivalent certification.

2. Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word.

3. A can-do attitude.

4. Prior experience is not required.

5. Knowledge of accounting software can be an extra advantage.

What we offer:

The accounting and auditing internship programs at CALX are designed to instill candidates with the necessary knowledge and skills related to accounting. By the end of the internship, the candidate will develop the following skills and knowledge:

Complete understanding of the accounting cycle from recording transactions to closing books.

Bank and other GL reconciliations.

Preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS.

Methodology for external auditing.

UAE VAT.

Ability to independently operate accounting software.

What we expect:

The intern will be required to perform engagements related to bookkeeping, financial statements, auditing, tax, and other advisory assignments. We expect complete dedication and excellent work ethics.
