- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- The ongoing training of your sales agents.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and providing project knowledge.
- You have at least 5 year experience within a Sales (B2C) or Sales Operations / Support role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
- You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as Sales Manager/ TL in reputed Real Estate Company. (Secondary market/Developer/ primary market)
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive project/ developer information in U.A.E
