1- Distribution ManagerJob: Full TimeLocation: Dubai, UAEDescription:We are looking for a Distribution Manager, with a proven track record of delivering hyper growth within Distribution.

This role is for someone to build significant channel scale and development across EMEA, managing the sales, marketing, operations and technical strategy.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and manage Tier 1 relationships across Sales, marketing, operations and technical teams.

Build and manage an EMEA wide business plan focused around high priority partners as well as key big bet objectives.

Execute mass enablement strategies to help recruit and deliver success across our wide partner base.
Track key performance indicators against quota and other metrics


Job Requirements:
At least 5 years working in channel distribution for a technology company preferably in software, SaaS, cloud, collaborationExperience with medium to large VAR's, referral partners and service providersTrack record of partner sales successExperience with executive-level engagements and communication
