GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering any questions that people may have regarding rules
- Directing people to attractions upon request.
- Managing lines of attractions and rides.
- Informing riders of any rules, safety regulations or prohibited items on the ride Ensuring that all rides of an attraction are safe and are complying to park rules.
- Cleaning equipment, rides, booths, or grounds
- Making notes of needed maintenance.
- Working collaboratively with other staff to operate rides or sell both
REQUIREMENTS
- Work well with others
- Demonstrated strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Proven ability to initiate, organize and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner
- Demonstrated ability share creative and new ideas
- Passion for delivering great guest service
Experience:
Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
