Key accountabilities:Clients

• Completestasks and deliverables to a high standard as part of clientengagements - working to an agreed plan, budget, andquality.
• Identifies and appropriately documentsrisks and issues and their conclusions and consults withappropriate team members asnecessary.
• Escalates risks and issues beyondown experience or skill set.
• Keeps Senior teammembers informed of significant developments and progress on theengagement.
• Identifies problems and suggests aninitial approach to problem solving.
• Starts todevelop external network and build knowledge of industry, markettrends, competitor activity andproducts/services.
• Contributes to and/orcollates case studies, proposals and best practice to shareknowledge across the firm. Ensures such knowledge is recordedappropriately to enable access and use by others within thefirm.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detailon deliverables (effectively error-checks ownwork)

Keyaccountabilities:Quality

• Undertakesprofessional qualification and technical training within requiredtimescale (where applicable).
• Builds onprofessional qualification by undertaking relevant functional orsector specific training.
• Partakes review(s) oncompletion of projects to identify lessons learnt and enhancefuture quality and commercialplanning.
• Executes work to a level that meetsmember firm's Quality standards within a commercialcontext.
• Communicates risk and issues early toLeaders as appropriate.
