Schedule and conduct site visits withpotential clients and agentsResponsible for leasingvacant units and maintaining the required occupancyrate

Assisting prospective tenants with their leasinginquiries
Actively search and acquire desired stores forthe project.
Handling all incoming retail leasinginquiries in a professional and efficient manner
Maintainall rental filing systems, in paper and electronic form that can beeasily accessed by the team.
Required profile ofcandidates
Minimum 5 years retail leasingexperience required
Responsible for leasing andmanaging units to qualified applicants within the specified timeframe and at approved rental rates to achieve and maintain a highstandard of operation with good rent at alltimes.
