Duties & Responsibilities

Provide strategic financial leadership to the organization, driving the development and execution of financial plans that support the company's growth objectives.
Develop and implement financial strategies that optimize the capital structure, enhance profitability, and support longterm sustainability.
Oversee the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Manage the company's capital structure, including debt and equity, to ensure optimal cost of capital and efficient allocation of resources.
Develop and implement robust risk management strategies to safeguard the financial health of the organization, including compliance with local and international regulations.
Lead and oversee all financial aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships, evaluating opportunities, conducting due diligence, and ensuring successful integration.
Build and lead a highperforming finance team, providing mentorship and guidance to develop talent and ensure the department's effectiveness.
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency, driving cost control measures across the organization.

Ability to commute/relocate:
