Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic financial leadership to the organization, driving the development and execution of financial plans that support the company's growth objectives.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that optimize the capital structure, enhance profitability, and support longterm sustainability.
  • Oversee the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Manage the company's capital structure, including debt and equity, to ensure optimal cost of capital and efficient allocation of resources.
  • Develop and implement robust risk management strategies to safeguard the financial health of the organization, including compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Lead and oversee all financial aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships, evaluating opportunities, conducting due diligence, and ensuring successful integration.
  • Build and lead a highperforming finance team, providing mentorship and guidance to develop talent and ensure the department's effectiveness.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency, driving cost control measures across the organization.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
