As Talent Acquisition Executive, we rely on you to:
Support the Talent Acquisition function in coordinating and managing recruitment and selection activities for all hires, internal transfers and changes
Ensure that the job advertisement is posted in an effective, clear and appealing manner and is well documented
Keep abreast of latest recruitment sources and channels for reaching out the targeted talents with advancements of technology, platforms, and vendors supporting the continuous improvement and development of the Talent Acquisition function
Collect data and prepare HR reports as required
Perform other HR duties and special projects


We are looking for someone who:
Has a degree in Human Resources or related field
Has excellent communication skills, oral and written
Is updated with latest trends in social media
Is Technology savvy
Has a structured approach, analytical reasoning
Has high attention to detail
Is a team player and ability to multitask
Is knowledgeable with UAE Labor law
