LOCATION SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities:


  • Meet with customers in malls, Hotels & Club and other strategic locations to effectively promote our limousine services.
  • Showcase the benefits of our services, address customer inquiries, and secure bookings to drive business growth.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering projects on time, with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to offer competitive rates based on trip destinations and secure customer commitments.
  • Dispatch trips through the supervisor app, coordinating with drivers and ensuring accurate and timely service delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with transportation regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Keep superiors informed of your progress, challenges, and potential solutions on an ongoing basis.
  • Assist in managing the limousine fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and inspections. Coordinate with drivers and maintenance staff to ensure that vehicles are clean, wellmaintained, and in compliance with safety standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards. Implement quality control measures to maintain the high standards of service expected by our clients.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and pricing for the company.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in related Field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and vendors.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
