Job description
Support the design and execution of joinery, interior fit-out, and retail store/kiosk projects. Preparing accurate and comprehensive technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation in line with project specifications and production requirements. The role requires close coordination with design, production, and site teams to ensure precision and buildability.Functional Responsibilities
Technical Drafting
Prepare detailed shop drawings, sectional details, elevations, and assembly drawings for bespoke joinery, kiosks, and interior fit-out works.
Translate design sketches, architectural plans, and site measurements into precise technical drawings suitable for fabrication and installation.
Ensure all drawings comply with client specifications, material requirements, and company standards.
Coordination with Teams
Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and workshop supervisors to gather technical input and address design or production concerns.
Incorporate feedback from designers and clients into drawing revisions as needed.
Revision & Document Control
Revise drawings based on redlines, client comments, or on-site changes, maintaining proper version control and revision history.
Prepare and maintain accurate drawing registers and ensure timely submission of deliverables.
As-Built Drawings
Prepare as-built drawings reflecting the final built condition after installation, capturing any on-site modifications.
