The Company:

Elite Sports Academy, one of the largest Sports Services companies in the UAE.

A sports coaching company that are passionate about providing the highest quality services including; Sports Coaching and Development, Complete ECA programs for Schools, Sports Holiday Camps and Facility Management.

We are looking for a Full-time
Accountant for our Head office in Dubai, with key responsibilities including but not limited to:

Job Duties:

  • Monitor the daytoday financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, counter checking against the register and other transaction.
  • Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
  • Monitoring all company legal documents such as employee file and contracts.

Department Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all aspects of company Accounts including:
  • Employee leave management
  • Contract issuance and management
  • WPS management


  • Management

  • Exit process of staff
  • Coordinating with PRO for new visas and renewal
  • Payroll reports
  • Accounting / reports
  • Reconciliation of Master Files (Football, Swim, Squads, Facility Rentals & Holiday Camps) and reconciliation with QB
  • Tracking of outstanding payment
  • Monthly closing of accounting books
  • Preparing monthly bank reconciliation report
  • Preparing Accruals
  • Reconciliations / checks (internal audit)
  • Handling Internal External audits
  • Backup files

Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month
