Overview:

Weare looking for a skilled Mechanical Draftsman with a solidbackground in building construction to join our team. The idealcandidate will have extensive experience in drafting mechanicalsystems including HVAC plumbing and fire protection systems. Thisrole requires a professional who can create detailed drawings thatmeet the requirements of our projects and comply with UAEregulations.

RequirementsResponsibilities:

Preparedetailed mechanical drawings including HVAC plumbing and fireprotection systems for residential commercial and industrialbuildings.
Workclosely with mechanical engineers and project managers to translateconcepts and information into detailed technicaldrawings.
Ensureall mechanical drawings comply with local regulations buildingcodes and safetystandards.
Reviseupdate and maintain mechanical drawings throughout the projectlifecycle incorporating changes as directed byengineers.
Usecomputeraided design (CAD) software to prepare drawings and layoutswith precision andaccuracy.
Coordinatewith other draftsmen and project team members to ensure consistencyin designdocumentation.
Participatein project meetings to provide updates on drawing progress and todiscusschallenges.
Manageand archive drawings and documentation efficiently ensuring easyaccess andretrieval.

EssentialQualifications:

Diplomaor degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relatedfield.
Minimumof 4 years of UAE experience in building construction specificallyin mechanicaldrafting.
Proficientin CAD software with a strong emphasis on AutoCAD andRevit.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisualequipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems.Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work ina fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
