    We are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

    He/She will be responsible for managing a team of real estate agents, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Sales Manager – Real EstateLocation: Abu DhabiExperience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Abu Dhabi real estate industry as Sales Manager is requiredSalary: AED 5,000 to 10,000 + CommissionJoining: Immediate or 15 day's notice periodResponsibilities:


    Lead and manage a team of real estate agents, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve their sales targets.

    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
    Recruit, train, and onboard new real estate agents to expand the sales team.
    Set sales targets and performance metrics for the sales team, and monitor performance against these targets.
    Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to real estate agents to help them improve their sales performance.
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate developers, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry.
    Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
    Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract potential buyers and sellers.
    Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in real estate transactions.
    Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and build relationships.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
    Proven experience as a real estate agent or sales manager, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
    Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate industry, including market trends, legal requirements, and best practices.
    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
