- Bachelor's degree in supplychain management, logistics, business administration, or a relatedfield.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as aPurchasing Manager or in a similar role in the Constructionindustry.
- Proven experience in managing andcoordinating with vendors.
- Strong knowledge ofinventory management, cost analysis, materials management, vendormanagement, budgeting, purchasing, forecasting, supply chainmanagement, negotiation, procurement, leadership, communication,bid, and architectural planning.
- Proficient inMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, andAccess).
- Excellent communication andnegotiation skills.
- Strong critical thinkingand problem-solving skills.
- Ability to workindependently and handle multipleprojects.
