    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in supplychain management, logistics, business administration, or a relatedfield.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience as aPurchasing Manager or in a similar role in the Constructionindustry.
    • Proven experience in managing andcoordinating with vendors.
    • Strong knowledge ofinventory management, cost analysis, materials management, vendormanagement, budgeting, purchasing, forecasting, supply chainmanagement, negotiation, procurement, leadership, communication,bid, and architectural planning.
    • Proficient inMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, andAccess).
    • Excellent communication andnegotiation skills.
    • Strong critical thinkingand problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to workindependently and handle multipleprojects.
    • Excellent leadership skills with ademonstrated ability to lead a team.
    • Strongunderstanding of the industry and markettrends.
