TheOccupational Therapist provides occupational therapy to patientswho require restoration of physical and mental functioning in orderto gain independence in self-care and other May supervise CertifiedOccupational Therapy Assistants and QUALIFICATIONS Certificate ordegree from an accredited occupational therapy Licensed by thestate in which the Occupational Therapist resides or practices, ifstate requires, and has received certification from the NationalBoard for Certification in OccupationalTherapy,(NBCOT).

QUALIFICATIONS
Certificate or degree from an accredited occupational therapyPreferably two years of clinical experience (if applicable).Licensed by the state in which the Occupational Therapist residesor practices, if state requires, and has received certificationfrom the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy,(NBCOT).

PHYSICALDEMANDS
