    Our client, a dynamic investment fund with a global reach, are looking to add a Talent Acquisition Associate to their dedicated Talent and HR team. The fund optimise strategic investments across a broad range of industries in the Middle East and beyond. Committed to excellence and growth, they are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Associate to join their Abu Dhabi based team.

    As Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top-tier talent to support the growth and success of their diverse investment portfolio. This position requires recruitment experience within the world of investing, either within a well-known agency or inhouse in a fund/ investment bank. What the job involves

    • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with broader investment objectives
    • Utilise various platforms to identify and attract high-calibre candidates within the Middle East and global talent pool
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
    • Collaborate with leadership and internal stakeholders to understand current and future talent needs specific to investment goals
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with regional and international recruitment agencies, search firms, and other talent sources
    • Conduct thorough interviews in order to assess cultural fit, technical expertise and long-term aspirations

    Who we are looking for

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Management / Humanities / or equivalent
    • CIPD or other relevant HR qualification (highly desirable)
    • Relevant experience in international expat recruitment
    • Skilled in the use of recruitment CRM software
    • Is familiar with the business terminology used in investment management
    • Is familiar with the main industry players and has a high level understanding of their AUM, key players and organisational set up as relevant in a recruitment context
    • Is well versed in the use of the various sourcing channels
    • Has a solid understanding of the legal context as pertaining to UAE labour law, employment contracts, recruitment agreements
