Job description

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, responsible for creating a positive and professional impression of the organization. The role ensures smooth front-desk operations, effective communication, and administrative support to office functions.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and route them to the appropriate departments
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security and access procedures
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and support meeting arrangements
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Provide basic administrative support such as document handling, data entry, and coordination with internal teams

Desired Candidate Profile


QUALIFICATION

  • Relevant educational background or equivalent professional experience
  • Fluency in Arabic is mandatory

EXPERIENCE

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience as a receptionist or front-desk executive
  • Prior experience in a corporate or professional office environment is preferred

SKILLS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
