PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, responsible for creating a positive and professional impression of the organization. The role ensures smooth front-desk operations, effective communication, and administrative support to office functions.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and route them to the appropriate departments
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security and access procedures
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and support meeting arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Provide basic administrative support such as document handling, data entry, and coordination with internal teams
Desired Candidate Profile
QUALIFICATION
- Relevant educational background or equivalent professional experience
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory
EXPERIENCE
- 2–5 years of relevant experience as a receptionist or front-desk executive
- Prior experience in a corporate or professional office environment is preferred
SKILLS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
