The Partner Manager, Middle East and Africa is primarily responsible for developing and executing the Partner plans and strategies for the regions as specified.


The role reports directly to the General Manager Sales and will involve developing an in-depth sales plan targeted to Reivernet's existing and growth verticals, Partners, Partner customers and customers where we can create value with our offering.


This role will require a broad and detailed working knowledge on all aspects of identifying and closing sales opportunities in the field of complex data network projects.

You will be working closely with the General Manager to develop and maintain a clear understanding of the Reivernet Group's products, services and where they can fit in to our targeted customer's need, expectations and buying cycles.


The role will require exceptional written and spoken skills and a previous experience in guiding to produce work that best positions the offering for commercial success and supports the sales activity.


As the Partner Manager, you will be expected to be available and react quickly to our Partner's and their customers' requests.

As such, you will require patience and advanced communication skills to quickly comprehend, address, and validate information from customer, customers, colleagues, and our suppliers.


Trust is a key attribute of sales success and being able to address questions and concern efficiently, effectively, and accurately throughout the sales cycle will be a key asset.

As the specific offering and customer data base grows, you may be required to recruit and develop your own team and documentation to drive the growth of the business exponentially in accordance with the agreed sales plan and budgets.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's or equivalent degree Experience: Dynamic, high-energy sales professional with a minimum of 3 years experience in Channel and or Partner Sales, selling services.


Must have skills and experience:

  • A high degree of motivation.
  • Proven experience in driving sales opportunities from lead generation to closure, effectively negotiating agreements and building longlasting partnerships.
  • Work closely with the company's partners to drive sales and relationships.
  • Work with partners to qualify sales opportunities to maximize sales targets.
  • Support our partners to achieving their short term and longterm targets.
  • Follow up with partners' requirements and challenges.
  • Strong presentation and leadership skills and the ability to articulate our USPs.
  • Proven track record in achieving business targets.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally (verbal and written) with customers and collaborate with a variety of organisations.
  • Ability to collaborate with a range of both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to articulate and position the business at a customer and supplier level Strong time management, organisational, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to selfstart and work independently.
  • You must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to manage requests with a short turnaround time, often with a stressed customer at the other end.
  • Previous experience in using the Microsoft Suite of products.
  • Ability to travel across MEA (approximately 1 week per month)

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with International hotel brands.
  • Good understanding of the IT industry and Wi-Fi Networks
  • Multilingual

Salary:
AED100, AED110,000.00 per year


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
