The role is to handle all final disbursement accounts aspects


The job consists of:

  • DA scrutinising and processing as per client's requirement and compliance, world scale and GDPR requirements
  • Checking and validation of tariffs, agreements and contractual rates
  • Ensuring that all costs are supported by valid receipts
  • Ensuring calculation of correct ROEs for billing as per company's ROE calculation procedure
  • Maintaining quality of DAs in terms of presenting invoices, comments and variance calculation against each cost item
  • Sustaining the company's cost saving initiative while processing FDA

Key Areas of responsibilities:


  • DA processing: Achieve weekly target of files assigned and update daily DA allocation file with status.
  • DA query and follow up: All port agent query or Principal queries should be properly attended to with all available information.
  • Handling DA balance Payments: Handing over the DA copy, highlighting job and amount/currency to be paid in local currency to obtain the exchange rate to calculate final DA ROE
  • Time Bar DAs: Priority must be given to Time Bar DAs allocated to DA processor for immediate action.
  • Sending time bar invoices to clients required as per client's instruction.

Minimum Qualifications and Other Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Immediate joiner preferred
  • Preferably based in UAE and having valid UAE driving licence
