**Description:

Functional Role:
Plan and manage the entire team of sales managers looking after the full region (MENA & Africa).
Guide the sales team to Identify and work closely with distributors / Dealers to establish relationship that will generate consistent revenue opportunities for the product ranges.
Ensure that the team achieves the entire Timepiece sales budget for the full region in terms of growth and profitability.
Devise strategies to increase profitability of products.
Maintain a report with the senior team of the distributors / dealers and visit them frequently to resolve any critical issues and discuss future expansion plan.
Conduct monthly sales meeting and look at the Purchase, Sales & Inventory of each distributors / dealers.
Prepare and maintain information for the review of business performance and also the forecasting of future sales business and planned activities.
Attend monthly/weekly management meetings and present the progress of the sales team.
Review requests from sales team for the marketing development fund for each market and propose accordingly to the senior management for approval.
Facilitate and expedite any internal sales processes to increase efficiency and better customer service.
Constantly encourage and motivate the team.
Coach and guide the sales team for positive productivity
Buildup new efficient idea / Strategy independently and propose to senior management constantly.
Train team staffs to have proper activity / report and proposal to both of internal and external.
Communicate with Marketing team and request proper support of marketing to enhance sales expansion.
Having ownership for all procedure of business operation as person in concern.
