    In this role youwill report to the Director of Process & Reliability and belocated at the plant. As Senior Regional Reliability Manager youwill provide strategic ownership of the Reliability and Maintenanceprograms, initially focused at thesite.

    EssentialFunctions

    • The Senior Regional ReliabilityManager will maintain and improve performance of thecompany's physical assets and monitor maintenance laborand material costs to achieve plant performancegoals.
    • Drives improvement of maintenance andreliability performance/ work processes usingKPIs.
    • Accountable for all site maintenance(routine and turnarounds) and reliabilityprojects.
    • This position requires considerableinteraction with plant leadership teams, engineering, corporatefunctional leadership, external support, andcontractors.
    • Perform monthly bad actor"Equipment Failure Analysis" causing plantdowntime to review / stablish the maintenance strategy andimprovements proposals to eliminate the asset highest failure rateby organizing and facilitating site RCPS workshops within the sitemaintenance team.
    • Develops and implements theannual strategic objectives and budget for the maintenanceorganization to support the directives for the plant and monitorsperformance and cost effectiveness to meetgoals.
    • Monitors maintenance and reliabilityspend across the region including labor, parts, and equipment;identifies trends and leads gap correctionefforts.
    • Ensures the integrity and maintenanceof all plant assets, including production equipment, facilities,utility equipment, and grounds.
    • Ensure captureand analysis of maintenance data and equipment work histories tosupport work of the site Maintenance Reliabilityengineers.
    • Selects, manages and works jointlywith engineering or construction personnel in performing buildingstructural, plant process, or other construction projects to makesure they conform to specifications and code requirements thatnecessary permits have been obtained, proper materials are on hand,and that projects proceed on schedule; may, from time to time,coordinates scheduling of and supervises work activities ofcontractors performing approved capital projects for the company;evaluates contractor work, sets expectations with contractor forsafety performance, and ensures security of confidentialinformation.
    • Leads implementation of spareparts inventory program best practices and ensures sustainment ofstock management discipline.
    • Prepares activityreports, project proposals and cost analysis of replacing orrepairing machinery, structures or other equipment asdirected.
    • Review and optimize assetcriticality, equipment maintenance strategies preventive,predictive and non-interventive strategies, and emergent workprotocols.
    • Ensures proactive (preventive andpredictive) work strategies (frequency, task lists and criticalparts) are aligned with asset criticality analyses to ensure themost efficient and effective maintenanceprocesses.
    • Assesses and recommend vendor and3rd party maintenance services asnecessary.
    • Conducts and facilitates Root CauseFailure Analysis for significant or repeat equipment failures,including FMEA as needed, and implements the maintenance strategyimprovements to eliminate recurrence.
    • Ensuresbest practice utilization of CMMS systems including preventive andpredictive maintenance procedures, ensuring the accuracy andcompleteness of the dataset and files.
    • Ensuresbest practice implementation and sustainment of workflow processesincluding but not limited to the effectiveness and efficiency ofwork request, work order creation, planning, kitting, scheduling,execution and work quality/closure.
    • Review andanalyze data from inspections for information on equipmentreliability issues on request of site maintenanceengineers.
    • Analyzes CMMS data to improveequipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs and ensuresvisibility of performance to sitemanagers.
    • Provides reliability and maintenanceinput on capital projects to guide project team on reliability andmaintainability of the equipment. Provides input on the technicalcheck out, equipment check out and commissioning of new assets.Ensures project related changes in equipment strategies andequipment specifications are updated in the CMMSdatabase.
    • Provides technical expertise for PSMand mechanical integrity programs.
    • Providesbenchmark/industry data for reliability improvement.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years in Maintenance/ Reliability/Engineering in a PSM regulated ChemicalPlant.
    • Ability to build strategic relationshipswith key stakeholders across the operation to ensure improvedcollaboration and deliver results.
    • Experiencewith PSM systems and hazardous processes (OSHA , CMMS,RCA, PM and Maintenance WorkProcess.
    • Experience using CMMS and ERPsoftware.
