To manage and operate the development of the FM Services Division. To meet the expectations of the customers, whilst fulfilling all the Company procedures and requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and support all division operations on daily basis.
Ensure that any issues or conflicts are resolved satisfactorily in order to maintain the high service levels expected by all client and customer groupsResponsible for the coordination and implementation of the contract startup phase to include the following criteria:
Initial Project Planning.
Project logistic planning.
Job Requirements:
Degree or Honours (12+3 equivalent)Any relevant courses related to the Security fieldCustomer Service OrientationOrganising ResultsInterpersonal skills
