- Develop and implement lesson plansthat align with the curriculum and the needs of thestudents.

- Assess student performancethrough a variety of methods, such as tests, projects, andpresentations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-daterecords of student attendance, progress, andachievements.
- Collaborate with other ESLteachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach tolanguage instruction.
- Communicate regularly andeffectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on studentprogress and address anyconcerns.
