Job summary
To plan manage and lead the showroom sales to achieve sales target and to ensure smooth efficient and effective functioning of showroom Strategic Roles and Responsibilities Plan and execute such strategies as to ensure that the budgeted target for showroom is achieved or exceeded in volume profit term Functional Roles and Responsibilities Communicate sales plan targets to the sales team to achieve targets successfully Monitor sales process aspects such as initial customer contact reception clarification of need identification of prospect follow up on initial contact final closure of sale quality of sales documentation Maximise usage of demo monitor demo to sale ratio Monitor PDI process ensure highest level of customer satisfaction Deal with critical problems major customer complaints or issues that may be escalated ensure prompt action decisions for timely resolution Prepare stock requirement list for month specifying make model number vehicles for approval Sales Manger Interact regularly existing prospective customers establish profitable relationships determine their present future requirements Manage all aspects showcase high standards display housekeeping product information convey desired image brand Company People Management Roles Responsibilities Guide motivate subordinates enhance performance produce quality work continuously developed higher roles Qualifications Experience Graduate discipline years experience similar role Good knowledge Automobile gained formal training work experience Full understanding merchandising Dynamic proactive personality Preferably bilingual Arabic English Ability lead develop motivate teams
