Inprocess quality control positionEnsure that the quality plan is adequate and sampling plan is enough to ensure the defect deductionEnsure material traceability on the production floor/incoming/finishing goodsHelp percolate quality culture in progressAssess defects and develop mechanisms to eradicate them by means of checklists, process improvements, procedure changes, work instruction changes etc.,Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulationsUpdate job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical publications, training programs etc.,Accomplishes quality department goals and organization mission by completing related results as neededWork closely with production engineers/other departments to help close CAPA in time, analyze detect to arrive at the right root cause, correct timely curative actions, corrective and preventive actionsPrepare and submit reports to quality manager, quality in chargeFace external audits, conduct internal auditsMaintain and update quality inspector recordsAccomplishes quality department goals and organization mission by completing related results as neededPerform all daily inspection and tests of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF siteCarry out inspection and checking for all quality-related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test planCo-ordinate with the consultant's representative and department In-Charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance ReportReport to the QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.

Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance, NCR and Site Instruction, SIDevelop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the projectActive participation in ISO internal as well as external auditsA team player, who accepts additional responsibilities to cover for colleagues while they are awayOther tasks as assigned by the department head & Incharge
