    Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Responsibilities include but not limited to the following as specified

    • Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
    • Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
    • Responsible for the development of the market and establishment of customer relationships for Hörmann Middle East and Africa
    • Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
    • Grow client database
    • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
    • Consulting the customers on site and offering the best product solutions
    • First point of contact for customers in regard to technical clarifications
    • Preparing product presentations customized to clients and their needs
    • Checking and organizing internal workflow for offer preparations and proposals for inquiries
    • Maintaining a proper follow up workflow for the offers and analyzing the feedback from the clients
    • Liaise with clients on technical and commercial clarifications
    • Liaise with HMEA, the factories and HQ for coordination and processing orders and technical clarifications
    • Lead demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty
    • Prepare reports for management on leads, target, sales achievement, market and competitive information
    • Achieves product growth targets in the assigned geography or account base
    • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines

    REQUIRED EXTERNAL & INTERNAL QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Knowledge of the market (UAE / Abu Dhabi)
    • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
    • Experience in doors, construction materials industry is preferable
    • Must be a team-player, self-motivated
    • Being service-oriented
    • Strong team spirit and high sense of responsibility
    • SAP knowledge preferred
    • Driving license
