A leading coatings manufacturer based in the UAE, is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer to join our dynamic team.

As the CTO for Coatings, you will play a pivotal role in driving technological innovation and leading the company to new heights in the coatings industry.

• Technology Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with the company's business objectives, market trends, and customer needs for coatings products.
• Research and Development: Lead the R&D team in developing cuttingedge coatings technologies, new formulations, and innovative products to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Quality Control: Implement robust quality control processes to ensure that our coatings consistently meet the highest industry standards and customer expectations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of industry regulations and ensure the company's compliance with all relevant laws and standards pertaining to coatings products.
• Intellectual Property: Identify opportunities for patenting novel technologies and safeguarding the company's intellectual property.
• Collaboration: Foster strong crossfunctional collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive successful product launches and business growth.
