Job Title:
Telesales Team Leader - Remote Calling Agents

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Telesales Team Leader to manage our remote calling agents for our digital platform.

As the Telesales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of remote calling agents who engage potential customers over the phone to sell our products and services.

You will be expected to monitor their performance, provide training and coaching, and motivate them to achieve their sales targets.

Your primary objective will be to ensure that the team meets or exceeds the sales goals set by the company.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and manage a team of remote calling agents to achieve the company's sales targets
  • Monitor and analyse the team's performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to improve their results
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and drive growth
  • Provide training and support to new and existing agents to ensure they are equipped to succeed in their roles
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages teamwork, productivity, and excellence
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and other departments within the company
  • Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Generate regular reports on team performance and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Actively participate in team meetings, conferences, and other relevant events

Requirements:


  • At least 23 years of experience in telesales or call center management, preferably in a remote environment
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in using digital platforms and tools for remote communication and collaboration
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Resultsdriven mindset with a passion for sales and customer service
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Salary:
Up to AED6,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- tele sales: 2 years (preferred)
