Customer Services Representative - Inbound Call

Location:
Dubai

Requirements:

Intermediate with 1-2 years customer service experience, Fresher also can apply.

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu / Hindi.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards customer satisfaction.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Team player and performer.

Establishing good relationships with customers.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
AED2, AED2,500.00 per month

Education:
