As the Entertainment Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing entertainment programs and events, in order to enhance the overall guest experience and drive revenue at our client's F&B outlets. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage entertainment programs and events that align with the brand and target market
• Create captivating and innovative entertainment concepts to attract and retain guests
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute events and entertainment activities
• Manage entertainment budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality experiences
• Coordinate with the marketing team to promote entertainment offerings through various communication channels
• Monitor and evaluate the success of entertainment initiatives and make recommendations for improvements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors' entertainment offerings
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements
• Build and maintain relationships with performers, artists, and industry professionals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in entertainment management, preferably in the F&B industry in UAE
• Proven track record of planning and executing successful entertainment programs and events
• Strong network of performers and artists
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets
• Flexibility and willingness to work evenings and weekends as required
