- Handling customer inquiries and orders.
- Assist in providing outstanding customer service
- PN identification, quotations and clarifications.
- Provide continual evaluation of the group's processes and methods, to assure the most effective
- use of resources and equipment
- Order processing in Glovia and follow-up on orders to ensure we deliver on time.
- Work on difficult issues regarding client complaints and other matters.
- Work closely with Managers in other department, such as Sales, on updating policies and procedures for client services.
