    Job Summary.

    Develop strong business relationships with key internal/external customer accounts and NOV sales organization

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handling customer inquiries and orders.
  • Assist in providing outstanding customer service
  • PN identification, quotations and clarifications.
  • Provide continual evaluation of the group's processes and methods, to assure the most effective
  • use of resources and equipment
  • Order processing in Glovia and follow-up on orders to ensure we deliver on time.
  • Work on difficult issues regarding client complaints and other matters.
  • Work closely with Managers in other department, such as Sales, on updating policies and procedures for client services.
  • Perform other work-related tasks as assigned
  • Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

  • 5+ years' experience preferably in relevant field
  • Order processing experience
  • Working knowledge in Glovia or similar ERP system
  • Oil and Gas, Manufacturing experience preferred
