- FollowupCare:
- Reachout to patients after their appointments to check on their progressand address any additional questions or concerns they mayhave.
- Ensurethat patients are following recommended treatment plans andattending followup appointments asneeded.
- Collaboration:
- Workclosely with doctors nurses and other clinic staff to coordinatepatient care and ensure a seamless experience forpatients.
- Communicateeffectively with internal teams to relay patient information andupdate treatment plans asnecessary.
- Bachelorsdegree in Pharmacy Commerce Business Administration orArts.
- Strongorganizational skills and attention todetail.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonalabilities.
- Abilityto multitask and prioritize taskseffectively.
- Previousexperience in a similar administrative role within the healthcareindustry is anadvantage.
- FluencyinEnglish.
