    Requirements

    Roles&Responsibilities:

    1. PatientCommunication:
    • Serveas the primary point of contact for patients both in person andover thephone.
    • Answerinquiries schedule appointments and provide information about ourservices andprocedures.
    1. AppointmentManagement:
    • Coordinatepatient appointments ensuring efficient scheduling and minimal waittimes.
    • Followup with patients to confirm appointments and provide any necessarypreappointmentinstructions.
    1. PatientIntake:
    • Collectand update patient information including medical history andinsurancedetails.
    • Ensureall necessary paperwork is completed accurately and ontime.
    1. PatientEducation:
    • Educatepatients about their conditions treatment options and posttreatmentcareinstructions.
    • Provideresources and support to help patients make informed decisionsabout theirhealthcare.

    CustomerSatisfaction:

    • Monitorpatient satisfaction levels and address any concerns or complaintspromptly andeffectively.
    • Proactivelyseek feedback from patients to identify areas for improvement inourservices.
    1. FollowupCare:
    • Reachout to patients after their appointments to check on their progressand address any additional questions or concerns they mayhave.
    • Ensurethat patients are following recommended treatment plans andattending followup appointments asneeded.
    1. Collaboration:
    • Workclosely with doctors nurses and other clinic staff to coordinatepatient care and ensure a seamless experience forpatients.
    • Communicateeffectively with internal teams to relay patient information andupdate treatment plans asnecessary.

    EssentialQualifications:
    • Bachelorsdegree in Pharmacy Commerce Business Administration orArts.
    • Strongorganizational skills and attention todetail.
