- Develop and implement leasingstrategies to attract and retain tenants forproperties.
- Manage and oversee all rental,sales and leasing operations

- Monitor budget variances, identifycost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to optimizefinancial performance and maximize returns oninvestment
- Oversee procurement activities,ensuring cost-effective sourcing of materials andservices
- Collaborate with the concerned partiesto develop competitive and accuratebids
- Coordinate with legal and propertymanagement entities to address lease disputes, tenant defaults, andeviction proceedings when necessary.
- Implementmeasures to prevent claims and disputes through effective contractmanagement and communicationprocess
- Communicate regularly with propertyowners, investors, and management to provide updates on leasingactivities, financial performance, and markettrends
- Build and maintain strong relationshipswith clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and otherstakeholder
- Maintain compliance with industryregulations and standards jointly with concernedparties.
