Finance Manager Luton Hybrid Working Salary Depending Upon Experience Attega are hiring for our well established client who are one of the UK's largest electronics manufacturer.

The successful Finance Manager will have a 'hands on' approach with strong people skills to come in and manage a team of two, reporting directly and working closely with the CFO in order to deliver improvements in reporting, processes and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
Preparation of monthly management accountsDevelopment of variance analysis reporting to help drive operational efficiency and company profitabilityPreparation of quarterly forecasts and annual budgetsPreparation of weekly cashflow forecastPreparation and submission of quarterly UK Vat returnsPreparation and submission of P11D formsCompletion of National StatisticsManage, train, develop and carry-out annual appraisalsImprove financial processes from a control, efficiency and consistency perspectiveDeal with the operational management in relation to quarterly and annual auditsMonitoring and preparation of R&D projects to support annual R&D claimSupport the implementation of a new ERP systemProvision of ad-hoc information as and when required by the CFOSkills and experience:CIMA/ACCA QualifiedManufacturing background preferredGood working knowledge of UK VATBachelor's degree or master's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance or related fieldBetween 5-10 Years' experience of working with a Finance DepartmentAttention to detailStrong management and leadership skillsTeam player with pro-active approachProven track record for system development / ERP implementation & improvementWorking knowledge of Epicor or similar ERP system preferredWhat's on offer:Competitive salary25 days' holiday plus bank holidaysCompany pensionFree parkingBUPA healthcare (after successful completion of probation period)
