About the Role:


As the Assistant Executive Housekeeper at Atlantis The Royal, you will work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to oversee and manage all aspects of housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction.

You will play a key role in leading and inspiring a team of housekeeping professionals, implementing efficient procedures, and maintaining an immaculate environment throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Housekeeper in planning, organizing, and directing the daytoday activities of the housekeeping team.
  • Supervise and coordinate the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and backofhouse spaces, adhering to established standards and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with safety regulations, taking proactive measures to address any deficiencies.
  • Support the training and development of housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the housekeeping department of a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a passion for coaching, motivating, and developing a highperforming team.
  • Indepth knowledge of housekeeping practices, cleaning techniques, and quality standards, coupled with a commitment to upholding a pristine and welcoming environment.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with the Executive Housekeeper and other departmental leaders to achieve overarching organizational goals.
