    The role?

    The role of the QHSE Personal Assistant is to mainly support the QHSE Director and the QHSE Business Support Unit in terms of but not limited to reports preparation, system management, development of tracking tools and administrative requirements.

    The candidate could be based in the UAE or in India.

    Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas

  • Delivering accurate and timely QHSE reports.
  • Developing, maintaining & implementing reporting and assurance processes and procedures.
  • Maintaining QHSE Systems
  • QHSE Administration tasks daily
  • Administrate Company Standards Library
  • Administrate the company's HSE statistics and records.
  • Maintaining the QHSE Calendar
  • Assisting the QHSE Director with administrating and developing the Quality and Health and Safety Management Systems as required.
  • Support Regional QHSE teams on QHSE matters.
  • Superuser Leader for Events System
  • Address system issues with IT and third-party vendors for QHSE systems
  • Develop tools and systems in Power Bi, excel, SharePoint.
  • Compile monthly reports for QHSE Director
  • Recognized Qualifications and Experience;

  • Secondary education a minimum
  • Minimum 5 years relevant position and industry experience developing tools and systems for organizations.
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Time Management skills, ability to deliver.
  • Required Power BI and SharePoint knowledge.
  • Computer skills – Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
  • Preferred
  • Degree Education
  • Quality or HSE related training course , NEBOSH, IOSH
  • Experience in developing QHSE management system documentation
  • Experience in developing flyers and posters related to QHSE
