Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients to the company as the preferred supplier for their construction projects.
· Collaborate closely with the management team to identify and target specific clients, ensuring a strategic approach to expanding the client base.
· Drive sales performance through proactive sales strategies, continuous improvement initiatives, and a customer-centric approach.
· Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall company goals and objectives.
· Provide oversight for daily sales operations, including order processing, delivery coordination, and quality control.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective execution of sales orders, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
· Implement strategies to enhance the market positioning of [Your Company Name], including pricing goals for routine accounts and participation in commercial bid projects.
· Monitor market trends and competitors to provide insights and recommendations for maintaining a competitive edge.
· Actively participate in the job bidding process, providing advice and support to the team.
· Work towards achieving a satisfactory level of business development within the specified client base, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
· Register the company with potential contractors, clients, customers, and relevant bodies.
· Obtain and ensure compliance with all necessary requirements and specifications.
· Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies of the organization.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or other related discipline and/or equivalent combination of knowledge, skills and abilities.
· Minimum of 5 to 8 years in sales & marketing management role within the concrete industry in GCC/ UAE.
· A good to thorough understanding of quality control processes and guidelines and specifications regarding concrete construction.
· Demonstrated success in sales & marketing.
