Description
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and handling the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods, maintaining inventory control, and leading a team of warehouse personnel.
You will play a critical role in optimizing warehouse processes, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Salary:
AED 5,000 to AED 12,000 - All inclusive

Responsibilities:_
- Oversee, handling and manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping, to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Lead any communication related to the warehouse, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to maintain high productivity and accuracy levels.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for various warehouse processes to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies, stockouts, and excess inventory with coordination with inventory software and the team.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations, such as productivity, accuracy, and on-time delivery, and take necessary actions to improve performance.
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment by promoting and implementing proper handling of materials, equipment maintenance, and regular safety training.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost savings in warehouse operations, and collaborate with management to implement these initiatives.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise in the warehouse, including inventory discrepancies, equipment malfunctions, or personnel matters, taking appropriate actions to address them promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to warehouse management and logistics, and incorporate relevant improvements into the operations.
Requirements:_
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping processes.
- Strong leadership and management skills,
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and the ability to enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
- Familiarity with lean principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and implementing process efficiencies.
- Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment is highly desirable.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Warehouse Supervisor/Keeper: 3 years (required)
