As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our colleagues, providing them with support and assistance


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving colleagues issues and concerns efficiently to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance on our services.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs effectively.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment

Pay:
AED3, AED6,000.00 per month
