    About the role

    Business Development Analyst plays an active role engaging with existing and prospective financial institutions related to Aani and other payments products. He/she attracts new financial institutions to the platform and ensures the participants are onboarded with necessary guidance in-place.

    |What You'll Do

    • Support the implementation of business development strategy to ensure a high level of adoption across potential participants.
    • Build and nurture relationships with potential partners, financial institutions, and relevant industry players.
    • Drive all the analyses and insight generation for driving business development agenda.
    • Support the on-boarding process (e.g.: schedules, testing, training etc.)
    • Develop market intelligence/knowledge on financial institutions' needs and coordinate with relevant teams to create capabilities.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of work experience, preferably with at least 2 years of experience in Business Development and Account Management
    • Bachelor's degree or master's Degree in any field
    • Previous experience in payments is a plus.
    • Fluency in Arabic is a must.

    Technical and Behavioral Skills

    • Flexible, positive and results-oriented attitude works well with changing timelines and priorities and can proactively manage up.
    • Ability to gather and synthesize complex information, make sound tactical decisions, and communicate such information in a clear, simple way to a variety of audiences, ranging from senior executives to working-level analysts and technical specialists.
    • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple activities with both internal and external stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Regional experience in the UAE is preferred.
